Job Description

  • In charge of Manager in product marketing, including developing market strategies.
  • Comprehend in-depth knowledge on core products and be able to convey fluently key message to customers at both individual and group level.
  • Staying updated on market trends, industry developments, and customer preferences through market research, surveys, competitive analysis, and customer feedback about medical device such as Laser, Supersonic, High frequency, Botox, and filler to penetrate the beauty products and cosmetics market.
  • Develop, Define and execute market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns to support sales target achievement.
  • Provide market situation analysis, market intelligence, market research, and surveys to support key strategies.
  • Implement/Conduct marketing activities according to the plans and dynamic market with the measurement of ROI.
  • Act as a resource for sales team and drives sales objectives & activities.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and control budget.
  • Enhance product knowledge to customers and sales teams with educational programs, training, and presentation basis.
  • Be knowledgeable and up-to-date on market information, competition, and other information required.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with key customers to fulfill their medical needs by company products or services.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Report monthly on their activities and competitors’ activities.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the medical Aesthetics industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences with major Pharmaceutical Technology (Cosmetics) is a plus.
  • Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Marketing or related fields.
  • Having Product Manager / Product Specialist or Marketing experience in medical aesthetics or medical device industry at least 8 years.
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategic thinking, Marketing Planning/Business Action Planning.
  • Good marketing analysis and good business planning skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and strong command of both written and spoken English.
  • Able to travel with own transportation.
